Recover diabetes with laughing
Fact that the experts apply the laugh therapy for patients of diabetes, heart disease and other weight.
Researchers from Loma Linda University to analyze as many as 20 patients with diabetes have a high risk. Patients are also known to hyperlipidemia and hypertension, the disease causes cardiovascular. The disease then patients were divided into two groups.
Both groups have given standard treatment of the same diabetes. But the difference, the first group is called Group L routinely given therapy humor for 30 minutes. While the two groups, namely Group C did not receive the same therapy. To see the progress, the treatment is given to the patient and monitored within a year.
Fact, after 12 days, Group L showed a good increase in cholesterol called HDL of 26 percent. In the Group C increased cholesterol increased only three percent as much.
Meanwhile, C-reactive protein is a marker of inflammation of a disease cardiovascular decrease of 66 percent in patients who were given therapy laughing going on while the other group-level inflammation disease this decline is only 26 percent.
“Most doctors understand that specialist psychological condition that can either form positive emotions such as mirthful laugh, sense of optimism and sense of hope that helps the process of healing the disease,” said Lee Berk of Loma Linda University.
Other research also revealed that humor can help us become a full-time sense of hope and optimism.
